At the age of five, Fabio Martino discovered his passion for music at his grandmother’s piano in São Paulo.
Winning the BNDES Competition in Rio de Janeiro brought him international recognition at an early stage.
His musical training took him from Brazil to Germany – and on to stages around the world.
Today, he performs in some of the most prestigious concert halls across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
His repertoire brings together Rachmaninov, Prokofiev and Ravel with Villa-Lobos.
In 2025, he performed fourteen different piano concertos, including the complete Beethoven cycle, presented in an intense two-day Beethoven marathon.
He has a particular passion for rediscovering overlooked composers such as Medtner and Bortkiewicz.
His distinctive sound world is also in demand for film and television – including productions for ARTE and ZDF (German TV stations).
